Irons and Craig is named for our Grandmothers, Olga Irons and Joan Craig. These two formidable women are no longer with us, and we’re sure they’d be baffled about how a shop that doesn’t have a real street address could work.

What they would recognise however is our range of delicious hand-made products, and our dedication to quality and service.

We are located in Yamba on the far north coast of New South Wales, Australia and from our beautiful spot here we can take advantage of great local produce and work with innovative and creative supplier partners to bring together the Irons and Craig range.  


Irons and Craig is proud to acknowledge our First Nations people. We acknowledge the Yaegl people as traditional owners of the land where we operate our business, and we also acknowledge the Yaegl elders past, present and emerging.

Our many years experience with an award-winning cafe brings a love of all things coffee and our exclusive Reliable No.9 blend has been impressing our customers for years.Our jams, preserves and famous Betty’s Tomato Relish are all made from family recipes with the best fresh local ingredients we can find.Fresh marshmallows are nothing like the packaged supermarket variety, and our collection of flavours – made fresh to order – are perfect for a sweet treat for yourself, to share with friends or wonderful as a gift. 

We can also take custom orders for your wedding or another celebration.We love where we live and look after our local customers with FREE LOCAL DELIVERY to Yamba, Maclean and surrounds and give our friendly local customers exclusive access to our hand-made sourdough donuts.

We make our donuts with a sourdough starter that is almost 40 years old. The dough rests for more than 24 hours to bring the donuts to life. We deliver fresh donuts every Friday around the valley. Be sure to subscribe to our donut delivery service so you don’t miss out on your weekly fix.
