We are always on the lookout for ingredients that add a certain something special to our meals, and this amped-up, black garlic-laced twist on the traditional umami bomb of Worcestershire sauce caught our eye when we last visited our friends Monica and Eric at The Other Chef in Port Macquarie.
A delicious savoury sauce infused with black garlic. Perfect over grilled meats, or to flavour soups, stews and marinades.
This sauce is also a must-have heavy dash for any Sunday Morning Bloody Mary.
