Chocolate chip pancakes are a breakfast treat.
Our pancakes are super easy to make, light, fluffy AND delicious.
Packed locally in Yamba from real ingredients – no added preservatives or artificial colours or flavours.
It’s also easy to make these pancakes and egg-free, simply replace the eggs with a mashed banana and replace the milk with your favourite dairy alternative. For a nutty twist swap the eggs for 3 tablespoons of your favourite peanut butter.

Additional ingredients required
2 eggs, 375ml (1.5Cup) milk,
a little butter or oil for frying.
In a bowl combine
CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKE mix with 2 eggs and the milk.
Mix until well combined.
Preheat a frying pan over low to moderate heat. Add a little oil or butter and spoon two or three heaped tablespoons of batter into the pan. Cook until there are a few bubbles on the surface. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until lightly golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
