It’s also easy to make these pancakes 100% plant and vegan friendly – based, simply replace the eggs a mashed banana and replace the milk with your favourite dairy alternative.

Additional ingredients required
1 egg, 185ml (3/4 Cup) milk,
a little butter or oil for frying.
In a bowl combine
BLUEBERRY PANCAKE mix with egg and the milk.
Mix until well combined.
Preheat a frying pan over low to moderate heat. Add a little oil or butter and spoon two or three heaped tablespoons of batter into the pan. Cook until there are a few bubbles on the surface. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until lightly golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
