Delicious pancakes with the goodness of oats, and tasty cinnamon.
We love these pancakes cooked up just as they are, but you could add a sprinkle of berries, or some slices of banana while you are frying them up for a special treat.
Makes 12 pancakes
Additional ingredients required
2 eggs, 375ml (1.5Cup) milk,
a little butter or oil for frying.
In a bowl combine
CINNAMON OAT PANCAKE mix with 2 eggs and the milk.
Mix until well combined.
Preheat a frying pan over low to moderate heat. Add a little oil or butter and spoon two or three heaped tablespoons of batter into the pan. Cook until there are a few bubbles on the surface. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until lightly golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
